Managing your MyDisneyExperience
Thank you so much for choosing Music Travel Consultants as your travel partner!
We're thrilled to be part of your upcoming travel plans to The Walt Disney World Resort and want to be sure you have an incredible experience.
MyDisneyExperience is a companion app and invaluable tool for your upcoming trip to Orlando. From storing theme park tickets to adding a travel party and mobile food ordering/dining reservations to a full suite of Disney Genie services, this app has become an integral part of the experience at the Walt Disney World Resort. MyDisneyExperience is completely free and available in your App Store. We'll show you how to get started...let's begin!
You can set up and manage a Disney account from a number of devices but we recommend downloading the MyDisneyExperience app for your smartphone so you can view and modify your information on-the-fly while in the parks. Today, we'll be covering instructions and including screenshots for iOS devices. Procedures for Android devices and online registration are similar but may vary slightly.

Getting Started
Once you've downloaded the app for your device, simply open the app. If you already have a Disney account, sign in using your existing credentials and skip ahead to the next step. If not, simply click Create Account and provide the necessary information.

While we're discussing accounts, please note that your accounts at Trip Account and in MyDisneyExperience are not connected. Each traveler should create their own individual Disney account so they can manage their own experiences.
Please Note: Access to Disney Ticket Numbers is granted 24-72 hours prior to departure.
Now that you have a shiny new Disney account, let's attach a ticket. You'll need to retrieve your Disney ticket ID from our website. To access, click the link below and login using your credentials.

Once you've logged in and are on your dashboard, look for your traveler info and find your Disney Card Number. It is a 12-character code and will be found on the back of your physical ticket while on the trip. Copy this code down and keep it handy!

While logged into the MyDisneyExperience app click on the Menu icon in the bottom ribbon, then Tickets and Passes.

Press the "+" button in the top, righthand corner and then select the option to Link Tickets & Passes.

Choose Ticket or Pass and then complete linking by entering your 12-character code. Press Submit to link the ticket to your Guest Profile and follow the prompts to complete the matching process.

Important: Music Travel Consultants has made the necessary park pass reservations for each park ticket. Once linked, these arrangements may appear in MyDisneyExperience. Please do not modify or cancel existing park reservations. Doing so may jeopardize you or your group's ability to enter the park with your group due to capacity restrictions in the parks.
Traveling to The Walt Disney World Resort is an experience best shared with others. Send friend requests to family and friends so that you can plan your trip and share experiences together! Here's how:
While logged into MyDisneyExperience, click on the Menu icon from the navigation bar at the bottom of the app's home screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select My Profile.

Select Family & Friends List.

Next, select Add a Guest. If you have existing friends, this is found by scrolling to the bottom. Select the option to Enter their name and age.

Enter the necessary guest information and press Share Planning with this Guest. When entering the guest's e-mail address, please be sure that you are providing the e-mail address used to set up their MyDisneyExperience account - remember, it may be a different e-mail address than what was used to register with Music Travel Consultants.

That's it! Just repeat the process for each person who will be in your small group in the parks. Once they accept your invitation to connect, you will be able to collaborate!
